	FANATOMY 101: Getting to know your Laurelhurst Fan Familiarize yourself with the components of your Laurelhurst Fan and you will be ready to customize the look of your fan to suit your particular décor. Mouse over the parts for a FANtastic tour!

Designing Your Fan
First, choose a grille design and color from our LAURELHURST or JOHNNY FAN Collection.
Then - customize with: thumbscrews, blade, nosecone, inside housing and rear housing with powder coating colors or plating finishes of your choice. A nosecone can be nickel to match your existing faucet - or a soft yellow to match those fluffy towels you just bought.

Pricing & Purchasing Your Fan
We offer two collections of fans:
The Laurelhurst Collection (range from $499.00 - $695.00) and
The Johnny Fan Collection (range from $539.00 - $729.00).

The 'Base Price' is for an all powder coated fan. Plating costs are listed for each component and are added, individually, to the base price. For example: An all powder coated "Amore" is $499.00.
An all powder coated "Amore" with a Nickel Blade($35) and Nickel Thumbscrews($12) is $546.00.

An Important Note About Your Fan
Each and every Laurelhurst fan is individually hand-crafted from start to finish. No fan will ever be exactly duplicated and subtle variations in casting and finish should be expected, and embraced - indicative of the fan's period roots and authenticity. Please note that it is difficult to convey exact powder coating and plating finishes through photos. Actual colors and finish may vary slightly.

Á la carte
Are you having trouble deciding which color you want your blade? Did you just get some blue towels that are calling for a blue nosecone, even though others are rooting for nickel . . .
Good news! We also offer our thumbscrews, blades, and nosecones á la carte. Swapping these parts is simple - and now your exhaust fan will not only match the décor of your room - but will also compliment your new towels, your mood, or even the holidays!

Accessories
Our Fans have been approved for any solid state speed controller. We highly recommend using one to control your fan, as the varying speeds not only add to the beauty of the visible blade, but also allow you to match the airflow for your specific needs. We recommend the KB Electronic Solid State Speed Controller - visit the KB Electronics website.

Your Laurelhurst Fan is custom made to complement the décor and design of your room...a fan with your home's personality!

Welcome to our Grille Shop

You've been asking, "Can't I buy one of your grilles" and you've got us thinking . . . why not?
We're pretty fond of them ourselves.
Our vintage grilles are hand-cast, solid aluminum, and approx. 12 1/4" high x 14 1/4" wide.
Please note, louvers are not included and all grilles have a raised 1/2" border.
Your grille will come with four countersunk screws matching the powder coating or plating option you choose.
Another request we frequently hear is "Can you restore an old heat register I have?"
