HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS
This unit must be installed at a minimum height of 7 feet above the floor (Figure 1). If there is a countertop or major appliance (e.g., dishwasher) that serves as a barrier, this unit may be installed at a minimum height of 5 feet above the floor.
COOKING AREA REQUIREMENTS
This fan unit is not intended for use in cooking areas to exhaust grease (Figure 2).
BATHROOM LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
This fan unit is not for use above a bathtub or shower
(Figure 3).
